    Do you want a CERTIFIED STRUCTURE? (12 gauge Certified Structures include a 20 year year Warrant against rust through on framing, assuming normal user care and maintenance. Certified structures also withstand 120 mph (14 gauge framing) or 130 mph (12 gauge framing) winds and may be required in your State or region. It is the customers responsibility to verify if a permit or certified structure is required.)
