The 18×21 carport has our popular regular roof. The roof is a strong, affordable design that has rounded corners with overhangs on each side. The panels and trim can be ordered with as many color combinations as you need, adding your own personal touch to the structure. Pricing for our carports and garages may vary based upon your geographic location, as well as your local building codes and loadings. We also offer certified buildings for inclement weather that are guaranteed to meet your area’s building requirements. For installation, we recommend a concrete foundation, but we will install on almost any surface, including dirt, gravel, asphalt, and even wood. If you are not using a full concrete pad, a good alternative is concrete footers. We will also include engineered drawings to instruct how the foundation should be prepared if you are using a concrete pad or footers. As long as your installation site is level, we can install your building, hassle-free.

• Ground and high-wind anchors may be purchased at additional costs. Proper number of anchors are included with any certified building upgrade.
